| OVCC is a very mission oriented church. Jesus says in Mark 16:15 to go into all the world and preach the Gospel, while James 1:27 says to look after the orphans and widows. Our Missions Ministry supports evangelizing in the Delmarva area, across the United States and around the world. Each month, we, as a church, contribute about $1,900 to 18 different organizations which includes Bible colleges, missionaries, TV and radio programs, prision ministries, children's homes, and other needy churches. Many requests for financial aid come each month, but only the money marked for "Missions" on your offering envelope is distributed to this outreach.
